Prasad Karcherla - President & CEO

Prasad Karcherla is a technology and business professional, with over 20 years of experience in  United States and Overseas. Prasad’s leadership experience includes organization strategy, corporate governance and customer relationship management. As a founding member of Nexeon, Prasad has been responsible for providing leadership for the company’s customer relationship and delivery excellence model. In his role as the President & CEO of Nexeon, Prasad  guides strategic programs around customer advocacy, training, and leadership development.

In the past he worked in various key roles for reputed companies like ECIL (India), RR Donnelley, United Airlines, Union Carbide and Accenture. He is a member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and US-India Chamber of Commerce (UICCM). He also serves as business advisor and is involved in Private Equity Investments.

Prasad obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Masters in Computer Engineering and MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Finance from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Further, Prasad has done SAP and various other Technical and Project Management Certifications.

Besides work, Prasad is active on professional social networking. His interests include Music, Travel, Sports, Hiking and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Raju Pakalapati - Senior Manager HR & Operations

Raju Pakalapati is Senior Manager – HR. In this capacity, Raju leads our HR and Recruitment teams world-wide. Raju is responsible for building stronger teams of experts to deliver significant value to our customers. Raju frequently raised the performance bar to help the organization scale new heights while leveraging human capital.

Prior to Nexeon, Raju was associated with Phoenix where he has played a pivotal role in defining and establishing HR policies and frameworks. Earlier he was associated with Novisync INC and Wipro Technologies where he was part of the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Teams.

Raju obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Computers and Master's Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Organizational Change Management. He holds PHR, Six Sigma and ITIL Certifications. He is a member of National HRD Network, Bangalore chapter.

Besides work, Raju is active on professional social networking. His interests include Cricket, Soccer, Music and Travel.
